25.) Get Everything You Need Nearby
If you can sleep anywhere with little to no help, consider yourself one of few lucky travelers out there.
For the rest of us (you know, normal people), it takes a lot of preparation. Pack anything that can help you sleep — and that fits in your carry-on or checked baggage. Compose your sleeping kit, and pull all the items you need from your carry-on before stowing it in the overhead compartment.
Grab your water bottle, magazines, phone and anything else you need right away, so you won’t have to get into your bag when you and everyone else are just getting comfortable.
