20.) Eat Like You’re Already There
Align your meal times during your flight with that of your travel destination. That might mean waiting a bit before diving in the plane meal or eating a handful of snacks at midnight.
This will set you on the right track to get your metabolism on your new time zone. Remember to bring a handful of snacks in your bag, so you can eat when you need to. Good snacks include almonds, dried fruit and yogurt.
